Teeling Single Pot Still is the first new Dublin distilled Irish whiskey to be released for nearly 50 years, marking the true revival for the craft of distilling in the city. produced from a recipe of 50% un-malted barley and 50% malted barley, a uniquely Irish mash bill made famous by Dublin distillers of old. Distilled at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and aged in a range of virgin oak, ex-bourbon and ex-wine casks, this release possesses a distinct Pot Still taste profile unique to Teeling.

Amber-gold with copper-tinged edges and a warm, sunlit glow; a rich, honey-toned hue that echoes its oak and ex-wine cask maturation.
Nose
Floral hibiscus opens with velvety honeycomb, while white grape flesh adds softness and a grapefruit citrus lift brightens the frame. Fresh, inviting, and elegantly fruit-forward, it hints at a lively pot-still profile.
Palate
Silky palate with lychees and white grape flesh upfront, brightened by white pepper. Warm roasted peaches rise, followed by baked biscuits, delivering a creamy, gently spiced finish with subtle sweetness and a hint of oak.
Finish
Dry, lingering finish with hints of spice, roasted almonds and maple sugar, leaving a warm, nutty sweetness that lingers.
