Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow and coppery depth.

Nose

Fresh cut grass and orange blossom open the nose, revealing warming allspice and soft vanilla, with apple pie and ripe blackberries lingering in the background.

Palate

Richly spiced and full-bodied, with rose petal jelly and lemon curd balanced by creamy vanilla, dried herbs and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish

A lingering floral and herbal finish fades gracefully, with a delicate whisper of caramel at the end.

Teeling traces its whiskey roots back to 1782, when Walter Teeling established a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in Dublin’s Liberties. The modern company was founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling in 2012, and the Teeling Whiskey Distillery opened in 2015 at Newmarket as the first new distillery in Dublin for more than 125 years.
