Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured exclusively in French oak ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, producing a truly unique Irish Whiskey.

Colour
Golden amber with coppery highlights and a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
An inviting bouquet of dried fruits—raisin, fig and prune—woven with vanilla and warm Bourbon oak. A kiss of Central American rum cask adds tropical sweetness, while the five wine casks impart caramel from Madeira, and dark fruit notes from Sherry, Port, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon—think cherry, blackcurrant and orchard fruit—finished with refined spice and a polished, balanced glow.
Palate
On the palate, a fruit-forward symphony: dried figs and prunes with red berries and cassis, brightened by orange zest. Vanilla-caramel sweetness, silky oak, and a kiss of wine-spice weave through a velvety mouthfeel, finishing with warm fruit perfume and understated sophistication.
Finish
A long, fruit-forward finish of raisin, fig and dried apricot, buoyed by the layered warmth of sherry, port, madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. Subtle oak spice and vanilla linger, with a poised sweetness that slowly fades.
