On the palate, bright peat mingles with medicinal maritime notes, tempered by gentle sweetness. Crushed barley, vanilla and honey frame citrus zest and green apple, with a whisper of sea salt for brine. The mouthfeel is creamy and medium-bodied, finishing in a lingering, pepper-kissed smoke.

Finish

Long, smoky finish that lingers with peat, unfolding with vanilla and malt sweetness. A coastal draft of salt and citrus zest cuts through, leaving a warming, clean afterglow that slowly fades but never truly leaves the palate.
