Palate

Silky and full-bodied, it opens with ripe plum and fig, then soft raisin sweetness from the Oloroso cask. Rich malt forms a bakery-like backbone, while bourbon casks add vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The mouthfeel is velvety, coating the tongue with balanced fruit and spice, leading to a warm, lingering finish—nuanced nut, cocoa and orange zest emerging as the sweetness slowly fades.

Long and velvety, the finish lingers with dark fruit—raisin, fig and date—woven through toasted oak with Sherry sweetness. Subtle spice warms the palate, tapering to a refined vanilla-bourbon fade that invites the next sip.
