Deep, warm amber with copper-bronze depth and sunlit gold highlights.

Nose

Vibrant spice frames an elegant fruit core—ripe melon, fig and yellow plum—with a creamy whisper of lemon cheesecake and a glint of apricot glaze.

Palate

An almost fizzy spice delivers a creamy citrus and vanilla core, with yellow fruits—apricot and plum—undergirded by aromatic oak. Clove notes linger with a hint of glazed Danish pastry, yielding a balanced, fruit-forward palate imbued with wine-cask complexity.

Finish

An opulent finish of aromatic oak and spice lingers, framed by custard cream biscuits and lemon icing, with a playful touch of pick-and-mix sweetness.

Teeling traces its whiskey roots back to 1782, when Walter Teeling established a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in Dublin’s Liberties. The modern company was founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling in 2012, and the Teeling Whiskey Distillery opened in 2015 at Newmarket as the first new distillery in Dublin for more than 125 years.
