From Glendalough Distillery, this Pot Still whiskey is bottled at 43% and is matured exclusively in Irish Oak casks. Sourced from sustainably felled trees from the ancient oak forests from the mountains around the distillery, each bottle is numbered and traceable to each cask and even the tree that ostensibly produced it. The result of this process is a toasted oak and vanilla heavy Irish whiskey balanced by classic pot still spice notes.
