Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey hues and a warm copper edge, a luminous, inviting glow.
Nose
Vanilla, warm toffee and toasted American oak form a creamy foundation, brightened by orchard fruit and a kiss of spice. Cognac casks leave dried fruit and grape sweetness, with a subtle almond note and a whisper of cocoa, creating a refined, inviting aroma.
Palate
Silky and layered on the palate, with creamy vanilla, caramel and honeyed orchard fruit at first. American oak brings bright sweetness and vanilla, while French Cognac casks infuse dried fruit, cocoa and a gentle spice. Full, velvety texture from non-chill filtration, finishing with warm oak, toasted almond and a subtle citrus zest.
Finish
Long, silky finish opens with vanilla-kissed oak and caramel from the bourbon barrels, then swells with Cognac-rich velvet. Dried fruit, orange zest and gentle spice linger, leaving creamy sweetness and a refined touch of oak that slowly fades.
