Non-chill filtered, this whiskey is a full-bodied, high strength, flavoursome whiskey, with just 3,000 bottles created. Bottled at an impressive 54.5% ABV. A bold and complex dram.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a shimmering honey-gold glow, a warm, inviting colour that hints at extended cask maturation and rich oak.
Nose
An opulent nose of vanilla bean, honey and toffee, lifted by toasted American oak. Pot-still spice—pepper, ginger and clove—meets orchard fruit and citrus zest, with a whisper of malt sweetness. Rich, unfiltered intensity hints at the cask-strength profile while remaining balanced and inviting.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied palate with velvety toffee and vanilla, edged by orchard fruits—pear and ripe apple—and a warming spice weave of cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of clove. The non-chill filtered mouthfeel delivers creamy malt, a peppery pot‑still lift, and a long finish of oak, vanilla and subtle spice.
Finish
Long, warming finish with creamy vanilla and toffee transitioning to toasted oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon and white pepper—lingers as dark caramel and roasted almond emerge, then fade to a chewy, full-bodied persistence that echoes the strength and richness of the blend.
