Distillery Bottling

This fine 10 year old Irish whiskey has been matured exclusively in American white oak. Distilled and matured by award-winning Master Distiller Noel Sweeney, the precious liquid has been laid to rest for many years before being recasked into carefully selected fresh bourbon barrels.

Tasting: Smooth, sweet, crisp grain, complex combinations of oak, fruit and sweetness.

Colour

Golden amber with warm honey tones and coppery highlights, a luminous, sunlit glow.

Nose

Aromas of sweet vanilla and honey open to bright citrus peel, warm spice, and buttered almonds, with candy-orange accents and a subtle oak backbone.

Palate

Silky on the palate, with a smooth, sweet grain and crisp backbone. Oak and fruit coalesce through the sweetness, revealing vanilla-citrus notes and a gentle spice, finishing with a long, refined echo of warm oak.

Finish

Silky from the first sip, revealing a long, lingering finish of sweet vanilla and oak, softly seasoned with warmth and a gentle whisper of spice.

Fercullen
Fercullen is the whiskey brand of Powerscourt Distillery at Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow. The distillery began producing whiskey in 2018 in the estate’s old Mill House, a heritage building dating to the 1730s, returning whiskey production to Enniskerry and Wicklow after more than a century. The name comes from Fera Cualann, the old Gaelic name for the surrounding territory.
