Honeyed sweetness and vanilla rise from the glass, backed by soft malt and a delicate spine of spice. Almonds and cinnamon mingle with ripe plum, inviting warmth and depth. The bouquet remains clean and fresh, crisp yet inviting.

Palate

Refreshingly smooth and complex, layers of silky, sweet malt unfold with crisp oak. Spicy, fruity, and nutty notes weave through the palate, revealing depth and finishing with a lingering, tasty sophistication.

Finish

Malty at the outset, it lingers with a sweet spice malt and a bright, fruity finish.

Fercullen is the whiskey brand of Powerscourt Distillery at Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow. The distillery began producing whiskey in 2018 in the estate’s old Mill House, a heritage building dating to the 1730s, returning whiskey production to Enniskerry and Wicklow after more than a century. The name comes from Fera Cualann, the old Gaelic name for the surrounding territory.
