This superb 19 year old Single Malt Whiskey is bottled from a single Caribbean rum cask. This results in a nose that is delicious aromas of buttery caramel, banana and pineapple. Hints of pear drops, dates and raisins come through on the palate. All rounded off with a touch of wood spice on the finish.

On the palate, pear drops mingle with dates and raisins amid a lush buttery caramel sweetness, while whispers of banana and pineapple add tropical depth from the rum-cask influence. A gentle wood-spice warmth lingers into a refined, softly spiced finish.

Finish

Long, warm finish with a delicate wood spice that lingers beside buttery caramel, banana and pineapple, while pear drops, dates and raisins leave a nuanced fruit-forward fade.
