Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold shimmer and a tawny mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent sherry richness blankets the nose, with ripe orange zest, fig, and date mingling with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Vanilla, toffee, and honeyed oak add warmth, while hints of leather and cigar box deepen the bouquet. A delicate spice lift—cinnamon and clove—lends elegance and invites a slow, contemplative swirl.
Palate
Opulent sherry-driven sweetness coats the tongue with dark fruits: plum, fig and raisin, brightened by orange zest. Rich cocoa, caramel and baking spice swirl through velvety oak, delivering a full, wine-like mouthfeel. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, toffee and a final brush of roasted coffee.
Finish
Long, warming finish of rich sherry sweetness, toasted oak and dried fruit, with spice and cocoa weaving through. Orange zest lingers as the warmth fades to a velvet, refined finish.
