Nose

Earthy and intriguing, this nose mingles mushroom stroganoff with old leather and a hint of all-bran, toasted coffee beans and malt loaf. Sherry-wood carries peppery smoke as coastal peat and bog notes drift through, with rum-soaked raisins and a whisper of vintage Armagnac.

Palate

Mouthfilling, salty-sweet and peppery peat smoke sits on a cake-like palate, with dried fruits, chocolate and caramelised fruits. A ginger lift and dark orange notes thread through, leaving a warming, coastal finish of smoke and spice.

Finish

Earthy sherry lingers with chocolate and oven-baked figs, folded with mocha and old wood. Blood orange threads cut through peppery, salty bonfire smoke, leaving a sculpted, mature warmth that lingers long after the sip.
