Palate

Powerful, seaborne on the palate, maritime salt and peat smoke mingle with a warming peppery bite. Rich and full-bodied, it reveals dark fruit, cocoa and a hint of sherry sweetness threaded through oak. The finish is long and smoky, with coastal tang and ember-like warmth from the cask-strength spirit.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of iodine-kissed peat smoke, salted minerals and a warming glow from the high-strength spirit. Cracked black pepper and dark cocoa linger, weaving into honeyed peat that slowly fades to ash and a distant coastal breeze.
