Colour

Sunlit golden amber with a coppery depth and a warm honey glow.

Nose

Maritime in feel with a light spice-prickle, a beach bonfire of dry seaweed gives way to deep sea salt and subtle engine oils, resting on a whisper of drying linen.

Palate

Oil-slick texture with a gloriously sweet, smoky-spicy palate and a distinct fruity hint, like an orchard seen through smoke and sea mist. A saline mid-palate balances the spice, building to a chili-pepper bite on swallow. With a drop of water, the sweetness and saltiness erupt anew.

Finish

Long, sustained and lightly smoky, the finish carries a warming spice that lingers like a salt-tinged afterglow, echoing sea breezes and peppery warmth.
