This Single Malt Whisky is from the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, beside the shore of Loch Harport in the jagged shadow of The Cuillin.
This edition is richer than the regular bottling, wonderfully rounded and double-matured in ex-Amoroso casks with luscious, fruity sweetness that perfectly compliments the crisp, dry peat smoke and familiar pepperiness.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Peat smoke and coastal brine open the nose, with a lush sweetness—raisins, figs and plums—from Amoroso sherry, folded with vanilla, toffee and dark chocolate. A spark of citrus zest and cracked pepper lingers, finishing warm and inviting.
Palate
Velvety, full-bodied palate of luscious fruit sweetness from the ex-Amoroso casks, intertwined with brisk, dry peat and a peppery bite. Salty coastal notes mingle with dark berry and fig, while warming spices rise and the finish lingers with ember smoke, cocoa and refined sweetness.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salt smoke and crisp peat, enriched by sherry-influenced sweetness. Dried fruit, toffee and spice linger with peppery warmth, fading into a dry, smoky echo.
