Since 1895 Gordon & Macphail has worked with the majority of Scotland's distilleries, and today, matures, selcts and bottles some of the World's finest and rarest single malts. This independent bottling of Strathisla was distilled in 2006, matured by G&M, and then bottled in 2016. Sweet Sherry influences with stewed fruit and hints of cocoa. Peppery on the palate with apple, cinnamon, grapefruit and dark chocolate. A trace of roasted nuts on the finish.

A delicate thread of roasted nuts lingers on the finish, with a subtle echo of cocoa and a gentle, warming spice.
