Colour

Nose

Dried apricot and fig mingle with toffee and roasted nuts, while a rich sherried depth adds dark chocolate, cinnamon and clove. Bright orange zest and lemon peel lift the aroma, underpinned by gracefully aged oak and a whisper of tobacco.

Palate

On the palate, velvety sweetness coats the tongue, with dried fig and orchard fruit at the core, brightened by orange zest and toffee. Sherry-cask maturity adds cocoa, nutmeg, and cinnamon, weaving through polished oak. The finish is long, warming, and refined, with vanilla and a final note of dark chocolate.
