Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold glow and a subtle mahogany edge.
Nose
Rich, sherried nose of dried fig and raisin, veiled in dark chocolate and toasted nuts. Orange zest and vanilla weave through caramel-toffee notes, while hints of spice, leather and polished oak deepen with age. A delicate tobacco finish lingers, inviting a slow, contemplative inhale.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with sherry-tinged dark fruit—prune, fig, raisin—joined by cocoa, almond and a hint of orange zest. Velvet mouthfeel, integrated oak and subtle spice yield a long, warming finish with leather, toffee and coffee.
Finish
Silky, long finish of dried fruits, orange zest, and dark chocolate, underpinned by toffee oak and a whisper of spice. The sherry maturation paints a warm, nutty glow that lingers, with subtle leather and a refined sweetness fading to a final note of buttered almond.
