A superb Madeira cask matured 21 year old Spingbank bottled by That Boutique y Whisky Company. This is an absolutely beautiful whisky, combining the smokey and earthiness of campbeltown with a touch of sweetness and richnes from the sweet madeira cask.
Fruity and earthy on the nose with salted caramel and buttered bread coupled with a slight spiciness. The palate has honeycombe, malty oakiness, orange and cherry marmalade and peat with savoury depth. The finish is lovely with a mouth coating richness and great length.
