Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich copper-amber with a sun-warmed honey-gold core and a whisper of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Delicate, grain-kissed aromas unfold with hints of digestive biscuit and a cereal note reminiscent of malt barns. Bourbon influence wafts through vanilla custard and custard creams, while a fruity cherry note develops as it breathes.
Palate
Vanilla carries through to the palate, unfolding into sweet, creamy Victoria sponge with ribbons of honeyed syrup. Fresh barley water lends clarity, balancing the richness with a delicate cereal lift.
Finish
Light and sweet, with delicate salted caramel lingering to round off the dram.
