Opulent and full-bodied at cask strength, this delivers vanilla, toffee and salted caramel from ex-bourbon casks, lifted by orchard fruit and a hint of coconut. Subtle peat smoke and coastal brine impart a maritime edge, while toasted oak and spice carry into a long, warming finish of cocoa and citrus vanilla.
