Only exceptional whiskies are selected by Elixir Distillers Director to be bottled for this exclusive series from The Single Malts of Scotland. Each bottling is aged to perfection, celebrating both the classic characteristics of the distillery and the subtle changes created by time and oak.
Only 142 bottles were produced from a single refill bourbon barrel of Springbank single malt scotch whisky, which was aged for more than 25 years.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Gilded amber with sunlit copper highlights and a honey-warm glow.
Nose
Lychee and dried mango lead the bouquet, shaded by cinnamon and toasted vanilla. Warm toffee and melted milk chocolate cushion citrus and mint, then evolve to bright satsuma and clementine while a whisper of oak hints at age.
Palate
Thick, velvety and opulent on the palate, it unfolds with fruit syrup, chilli jam and peach curd on seeded toast, punctuated by buttered popcorn. A delicate wood smoke rises as fried mint and tarragon add herbal depth to the initial sweetness.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of orange oil that lingers, with whispers of chilli spice, thyme and honeysuckle, fading to a subtle pepper.
