Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen and honey-bronze highlights, like sunlit caramel pouring in a glass.
Nose
A tropical, dessert-sweet aroma of coconut, pineapple and banana, unfolding into toasted marshmallow and sticky toffee pudding, with a gentle, balancing hint of peat.
Palate
Sweetness carries onto the palate, delivering velvety richness of tropical desserts—meringue pavlova, crème brûlée, toffee apple and pecan pie—brightened by citrusy yuzu. An earthy dunnage-warehouse note lingers, grounding the sweetness with depth and a Campbeltown backbone.
Finish
Earthy notes come to the fore, ending in a dry, mineral finish. Water amplifies the earthiness and the dry profile, leaving a refined, savoury calm on the palate.
