Underneath, Springbank’s coastal peat adds a salty, medicinal edge, while vanilla, toffee and spice—nutmeg and clove—lend warmth and structure to a vibrant, maritime aroma.

Palate

Full-bodied and opulent on the palate, with dark fruit to the fore—raisin, fig and cherry—folded into roasted almond and toffee. The Fresh Sherry Butt introduces spice: cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, balanced by coastal peat and a touch of orange zest. Velvet oak supports a long, cocoa-tinged finish.

Finish

An enduring, opulent finish coats the palate with lush sherry notes—figs, raisins and dark chocolate—while peppery spice and oak weave through, leaving a soft maritime smoke and warm toasted tones to linger.
