Colour

Rich amber-gold with a coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Toffee apple sweetness leads the nose, with hints of Parma ham, hazelnut and marzipan. A rich, inviting aroma that hints at the cask-strength depth to come.

Palate

Rich and syrupy, this palate delivers tinned peaches, fruit syrup, honeycomb and milk chocolate, all wrapped in a bold cask-strength warmth.

Finish

A delicate, peat-kissed finish where a whisper of smoke lingers, mingling with heather honey and orange rind—bright, resinous and softly warming as it fades.

Springbank
(SPRING-bank) The 14th distillery to be built in the region of Campbeltown, Springbank is still owned by the Mitchell family, who also own the Glengyle distillery in the same region. Springbank produces three different styles of Single Malt; Hazelburn (triple distilled and non peaty) Longrow (twice distilled and heavy peat of 50-55ppm) and Springbank itself (two and a half times distilled and peated to 12-15ppm). Springbank is also one of the few distilleries that malt their own barley and bottle on site.
