This is the 25th release of Springbank’s annual 12-year-old Cask Strength series, matured in a mix of approximately 70% ex-bourbon and 30% ex-sherry casks before being bottled in 2024 at 57.2% ABV.
Like all Springbank it is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a honeyed, sunlit warmth.
Nose
Toffee apple sweetness opens the aroma, with hints of parma ham, hazelnut and marzipan lending warmth and nutty depth.
Palate
Rich and syrupy on the palate, with notes of tinned peaches, fruit syrup, honeycomb and milk chocolate, delivering creamy sweetness and velvety depth.
Finish
Subtle peat smoke lingers on the finish, mingling with heather honey and orange rind for a refined, warm and slightly citrus-driven finale.
