This particular expression is matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks, this particular one has a breakdown of 65% Bourbon and 35% Sherry in its makeup.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold hues and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Fresh floral notes, white and green wine gums, wood chippings, candied ginger and black liquorice.
Palate
Initially rich and malty, the palate reveals spiced biscuit and salted caramel shortcake with a lush, oily, chewy mouthfeel. Salted pretzels, Iberico ham and the signature Springbank smoke weave through, marrying sweetness with savory char.
Finish
The smoke lingers, pairing sea-salt dark chocolate with freshly ground coffee, finishing on a bright lemon sherbet note.
