Palate
It opens with a warm butterscotch sponge and chantilly cream, mingled with treacle and orange rind, accented by salted pretzels. A coastal Springbank sea-salt note threads through, delivering a briny lift that harmonizes richness with maritime brightness.
Finish
Velvety, refined finish that lingers with subtle coastal grace. Salted milk chocolate folds into ripe Maraschino cherries, leaving a chocolate-dusted, cherry-kissed echo on the tongue long after the sip.
