Tasting Notes
Nose
Red berry fruit on an earthy forest floor, new suede or leather, fruit and nut chocolate, subtle notes of smoke and salted porridge made with almond milk and even some watermelon.
Palate
That earthy-red berry-new leather combination leads the way to more salted red berry fruit and fruit and nut chocolate, some peppery raisin and well balanced smoke, mincemeat and salted caramac bar.
Finish
A long peppery, smoke and red liquorice finish with salted caramel, mince pies over bonfire smoke, brushed suede and coffee grinds all battling for attention.
