Colour
Deep amber with coppery gleam and mahogany depth, a ruby-kissed glow.
Nose
Red berry fruit sits on an earthy forest floor, with hints of new suede and leather. Fragrant notes of fruit-and-nut chocolate emerge, softened by a subtle veil of smoke and salted porridge made with almond milk, with a playful touch of watermelon.
Palate
Earthy red berries mingle with new leather, unfolding into salted red fruit and a thread of fruit-and-nut chocolate. Peppery raisin and balanced smoke weave through, while hints of mincemeat and salted Caramac add sweetness and depth, finishing long and warming with a nuanced, seductive balance.
Finish
A long, peppery, smoky finish with red liquorice, salted caramel and mince pies lingering over bonfire notes, brushed suede and coffee grinds vying for attention.
