A 2025 edition of Springbank’s 21 Year Old Campbeltown single malt, this long-aged release was matured in a distinctive mix of 65% ex-Port, 25% ex-Bourbon, 5% ex-Rum and 5% ex-Sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with copper highlights and a bronze-tinged edge.
Nose
Lush Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding lead the nose, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums, and a vibrant splash of blood orange zest. A gentle wisp of peat smoke lingers in the background, adding depth.
Palate
Soft peat smoke lingers on the palate, with smoked figs and caramelised brown sugar, and hints of cigar box. Ripe blackberries and savoury Iberico ham add complexity and intrigue, finishing with a refined, lingering savour.
Finish
A warm, lingering finish with impressions of banana bread, a touch of cinnamon spice, and a subtle earthy undertone to round it off.
