With a first maturation in ex-bourbon, bringing creamy notes to our light and fruity spirit style, we then finish this whisky in another cask type for a second maturation. STR casks are ex-red wine casks that have been shaved, toasted and recharred, creating the perfect environment for our light and creamy whisky to draw out the delicious red fruit flavours from the wood.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Creme-brulee vanilla and soft toffee rise on a creamy, light base, while bright red fruits—strawberry, raspberry and cherry—gleam at the core. Toasted oak and a whisper of red-wine tannin from the STR finish lend subtle cocoa notes, spice and citrus zest, yielding an inviting, wine-kissed nose.
