Rosemaund Farm Distillery The Director’s Cut is the third release of its 10 Year Old Single Malt English Whisky, produced from English-grown Maris Otter barley and matured at the distillery’s Herefordshire farm. This 2026 release is a marriage of ten casks, led by ex-bourbon maturation with additional influence from Oloroso sherry and virgin oak, creating a richer, more autumnal expression while retaining Rosemaund’s orchard-fruit character. Only 3,000 individually numbered bottles were produced.
Bottled at 48% ABV, it opens with baked red apple, orange zest and wild berries, followed by apricot, malt and toasted oak. The palate develops with warming baking spice and richer fruit, leading into a long finish of white pepper and ripe stone fruit. It is a fuller interpretation of Rosemaund’s style, combining mature orchard fruit with added depth from sherry and virgin oak.
