Filmmaker Guy Ritchie is also involved as an early backer, shareholder and creative collaborator, bringing his Wild Kitchen concept to the farm.
Rosemaund Farm whisky is made using heritage Maris Otter barley grown on the farm, distilled through a handcrafted copper still known as Fat Betty and matured in old stone warehouses surrounded by Herefordshire orchards. American oak bourbon casks bring sweetness and structure, while selected sherry casks add richness and spice.
The whisky is cut with mineral-rich farm water before being filled, labelled and sealed on site, creating a genuinely English single malt with a clear sense of provenance. Its first releases have centred on limited 10-year-old expressions, bottled at 47% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring.
