Palate

Fruit-forward with apple and citrus zest, braided with warming spice—nutmeg and clove—underpinned by almond-meal notes from the Fino casks. The blended pot and column distillates carry buoyant fruit into a refined sherry kiss, finishing crisp with oak and a lingering, gentle spice.

Finish
