The IPA Finish takes the distillery’s bourbon-matured single malt and gives it a finishing period in ex-IPA casks, using the brewery side of the business to bring something a little different to the whisky.

Palate
A mouth-coating sweetness of caramel rides on gentle peat smoke, punctuated by a lively citrus zest. The IPA finish lends crispness and a subtle mineral bite, weaving a coastal brightness through the middle and a warm, lingering finish that echoes toffee and smoke.

Bright, coastal finish with citrus zest and caramel sweetness, lifted by wisps of peat smoke and a light hop-kissed dryness. Ex-IPA cask influence leaves a crisp, lingering sea-air and malt warmth on the retreat.
