Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with warm mahogany and copper undertones.
Nose
Delicate, perfumed bouquet of pear blossom, green apple and lemon zest, glazed with beeswax and elderflower. A refined sherry whisper brings dried apricot, fig and almond with a trace of cocoa, balanced by polished oak and a gentle spice. Light, airy and inviting, it yields an elegant orchard-memory aroma with subtle sweetness.
Palate
Delicate yet silky, the palate blooms with orchard fruit—green apple and pear—lifted by lemon zest and a subtle waxy sheen. Sherry-cask influence brings dried fig, raisin and cocoa, threaded with gentle spice. A bright acidity carries a refined, long finish that unfurls into honeyed warmth.
Finish
Long, graceful finish—fragrant citrus and green orchard fruits give way to almond and a touch of sherry sweetness. Silky oak and a whisper of spice persist, tapering to a clean, mineral fade that lingers with refined warmth.
