Pale gold with a delicate sunlit glow and subtle amber accents.
Nose
Delicate and floral, with citrus blossom, green apple and pear, kissed by a whisper of honeyed barley. A waxy, elegant aroma carries subtle sherry-fruit notes—raisin and almond—enveloped by light oak.
Palate
Silky and poised on the palate, orchard fruit and citrus kiss the tongue. Green apple and pear mingle with delicate honeyed sweetness, edged by a waxy malt and a hint of almond from the sherry influence. Subtle spice and toasted oak rise, guiding a long, refined finish with orange zest and a soft, dry sweetness.
Finish
Silky and enduring, the finish unfolds with orchard fruits, lemon zest, and honey, imparting a floral sweetness that slowly dries to a refined almond-wood lift. A whisper of spice seals the long, elegant finale.
