Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw gold with a delicate honey-amber glow.
Nose
Delicate, perfumed nose of orchard fruit—green apple and pear—lifted by lilac and white blossom. Subtle citrus zest, honeyed vanilla, and a trace of dry sherry mingle with fine oak, hinting at a soft almond nuttiness and a lingering, elegant freshness.
Palate
Silky and delicate on the palate, a bright chorus of citrus zest, green apple and pear unfolds, edged with honeyed floral sweetness. Sherry influence adds a whispered depth—toasted almond, dried apricot, faint cocoa—sweeping across a creamy, refined mouthfeel. Light oak and subtle spice linger into a long, elegant finish with mineral notes.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish unfurls with orchard fruit and citrus zest, carried on a delicate floral breeze. Subtle sherry warmth and gentle oak echo into a lingering, waxy sweetness that fades to a refined, airy finale.
