Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold with sunlit straw tones and a whisper of honeyed amber.
Nose
Delicate, perfumed nose of lemon zest and green apple, wafting with white floral notes and a waxy, honeyed malt. Subtle almond and dried fruit from the sherry cask bring warmth, while a pale mineral brightness keeps it poised and elegant.
Palate
Silky, light-bodied palate with orchard fruits—green apple, pear, and lemon zest—carried by a waxy, creamy texture. Subtle honey, delicate florals, and a hint of almond. A gentle sherry influence adds dried fruit and spice, while a soft oak backbone lends structure. Finish is long, refined, with citrus lift and a whisper of barley sweetness.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish reveals citrus zest, green apple, and honeyed barley, fading into a refined waxy sweetness with almond and oak spice lingering softly.
