Colour

A delicate, perfumed bouquet of lemon blossom, green apple and lavender, with a waxy, honeyed edge. Layered beneath, sherry whispers emerge—dried fig and raisin, orange zest, a touch of cocoa—spiced by clove and nutmeg, all settled on warm, polished oak.

Palate

Silky, slightly oily on the palate, Rosebank unfurls bright citrus and green apple, ribboned with honeyed wax and delicate orchard fruit. Sherry influence adds dried fig, orange zest and a hint of cocoa, then warms with spice—nutmeg and clove—dragging a long, resinous finish with subtle oak.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish drapes the palate in sherried sweetness—raisin, fig and orange zest—while almond and dark chocolate threads weave through the oak. Cinnamon and clove linger with a warm, waxy glow, keeping the taste buoyant and refined until the very end.
