Colour

Nose

Peat smoke and sea air dominate, with iodine and ash lending a coastal bite. Beneath, dark fruit—fig, prune, raisin—emerge from sherried sweetness, while leather, cocoa and polished oak add depth and elegance.

Palate

Silky and full-bodied, the palate coats with an oily richness. Peat smoke meets coastal iodine and sea-salt, then folds into dark-fruit sweetness—fig, raisin, a hint of blackberry—with cocoa and a whisper of sherry warmth. Leather, espresso and subtle spice thread through, building toward a long, maritime finish. A refined, ember-warm lingering smoke carries mineral depth far into the aftertaste.

Finish

Long, maritime peat lingers with sea-salt and iodine, set against a velvety, chocolate-drenched sweetness. Dried fig and espresso weave through the smoke, before a warm, resinous oak fade that persists, polishing the palate with a lingering, contemplative finish.
