By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery hues and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Coastal peat and sea-air dominate the nose, with iodine, ash and a briny kick. Layered beneath is rich sherry sweetness—prune, fig and dark plum—alongside cocoa, leather and a whisper of spice. The aroma is powerful, luxurious, and deeply maritime, inviting long contemplation.
Palate
Powerful, silky peat and smoke ride a lush sherried sweetness. Prunes, figs and dark cherry mingle with espresso and cocoa, while walnut and spice add depth. Maritime salt threads through a long, warming finish, peppery and subtly mineral.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of peat smoke and sea breeze lingers, slowly giving way to dark fruit and cocoa, with a gentle lift of spice. Mineral oak whispers as warmth remains, leaving a refined, lasting elegance.
