Silky, resinous palate built on coastal peat and iodine, layered with dried fruit and treacle from the cask. Espresso and dark chocolate mingle with vanilla and cedar, all wrapped in a polished oak spine. A velvety, slightly oily texture leads to a long, smoky finish—salted, refined, and enduring.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of peat smoke and iodine, expanding into dark fruit and a wisp of spice. Sherried undertones lend sweetness, leaving a warm, velvety tail of ash, leather and citrus zest.
