Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with ruby-copper hues and burnished mahogany edges, a warm, lacquered glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-drenched aromatics bloom with dark raisin, fig and date, ribboned with treacle and burnt sugar. Espresso and cocoa mingle with orange zest, while polished leather and toasted oak frame a warmth of clove and nutmeg.
Palate
Opulent, full-bodied and velvety, the palate coats with fig and raisin sweetness, dark chocolate and espresso, braided with Mortlach’s signature savory depth. Sherry richness threads through toasted oak, while warm spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers into a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, opulent finish with rich sherried sweetness; fig, plum and cocoa spread across the palate, tempered by orange zest and espresso. Spiced oak and leather threads weave through, leaving a warm, lingering glow and a final kiss of toasted almond.
