Warm, comforting aromas of hot cereal and honey meet fresh barley, with subtle savoury earthiness. Mixed nuts orbit creamy apple crumble and toffee‑apple muffins, weaving a nutty, malty sweetness with hints of bakery spice.
Palate
Buttery fruit cake mix, toffee apple, honey nut cereal, mince pies, sherry soaked sultana, spiced grape and subtle meaty mouthfeel.
Finish
Ginger cake, buttery malt loaf, sherry soaked dried fruit, golden syrup, honey baked ham, aromatic wood spice.
