Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark antique amber with mahogany depth and a warm ruby-bronze glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-saturated bouquet with dried fig and prune, bright orange zest, and a velvet layer of dark chocolate. Espresso, toasted almond, and waxy citrus oils mingle with polished oak and leather, while a whisper of tobacco spice—cinnamon and clove—elevates a warm, resinous sweetness.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with a luxurious drift of dark fruit and nutty sweetness. Prune, fig and raisin mingle with toffee, espresso and cocoa as cinnamon and clove spice thread through velvet oak. A hint of orange zest brightens the mid-palate, yielding refined sherry-influenced tannins and a long, contemplative finish.
Finish
An exceptionally long, dignified finish that lingers with opulent sherry sweetness and a soft, smoky lift. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate, toasted almond and hints of leather, as cacao and orange peel thread through velvety oak. Subtle spices—clove and cinnamon—drift in, leaving a warm, tobacco-tinted afterglow that gradually fades to refined, lingering warmth.
