Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany and copper hues, a rich, wine-kissed glow that speaks of sherry maturity.
Nose
Aromatic ginger and brown sugar mingle, giving way to rich cocoa beans. A subtle vanilla edge develops alongside succulent fruitcake and roasted almond notes.
Palate
Smooth and rich, with ripe forest fruits and fragrant blood orange peel, a hint of white pepper. Cinnamon rises as dark chocolate deepens, balanced by mature oak.
Finish
Long and smooth, with lingering chocolate-smothered almonds and oak tannins.
