Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright gold with sunlit honey-amber tones and a warm, luminous glow.
Nose
Vanilla fudge and barley sugar lead the aroma, with boiled sweets and wine gums, ripe notes of yellow plum and apricot, lifted by white flowers, fresh wood, and a bright touch of lemon bon-bons.
Palate
Spicy vanilla, white chocolate, greek yoghurt, honeycomb, fizzy spice, toasted oak, clotted cream fudge, melon and ginger.
Finish
An enduring finish of fresh vanilla pods and white chocolate, carried by toasted spice. Homemade fudge lends creamy depth, while a banana milkshake note lingers, touched by fizzy barley sugar sweets that sparkle and softly fade to a bright, creamy warmth.
